Bio

Cornell has over 25 years experience working within the prison industry reaching the position of Regional Director of Substance Abuse Programs. He has assisted in the implementation of Delaware's first Therapeutic Community (TC). During Cornell's tenure, he facilitated (TC) start-ups in Delaware, California, Maine, New Jersey and South Carolina. Along the way, he has also held various positions including Counselor, Program Director, and Director of Drug and Alcohol Programs.
