    For more than 10 years, Derrick Keith Watkins has been helping people find their true purpose by realizing their potential in order to fulfill their dreams.     Derrick graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelors degree in Communications and received his Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. He holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Business Coaching and Conflict Resolution and has been trained in Relationship Coaching and Handwriting Analysis. In addition, Derrick is a member of the National Speakers Association, National Association of Business Coaches and International Graphoanalysis Society.

    Hometown: Union, New Jersey
    Family: Mother, six brothers, and a daughter name Da'jah
    Overcoming Adversity: Born and raised in one of the toughest projects in Jersey City, New Jersey. My father was an alcoholic and found himself unable to work after an accident on his job. This forced my mother to work two jobs to raise six boys in a three bedroom apartment. I was able to become the first one in my family to graduate from college and went on for a Master’s degree.
    Education: Masters in Social Work, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Currently employed with The Kintock Group as a Director of Training.
    Hobbies: Reading, Aikido, exercising and movies.
